Hello! My name is Joey Stevens, and I proudly wear many hats—son, brother, uncle, friend, student, and advisor. Born in Nashua, New Hampshire, my family relocated to Strongsville, Ohio, when I was just one. I entered the mortgage industry in early 2024 as a lead generator, quickly developing a passion for learning and refining my skills. Making 75-100 calls daily and securing over 10 files, my commitment and drive led to a promotion as a loan partner within six months. Since then, I’ve played a key role in structuring over 150 files, gaining invaluable experience along the way.

Current Role & Passion for Homeownership

Today, I proudly serve as a licensed loan officer and office manager at Kadosh Mortgage Inc. Homeownership, to me, is more than a financial transaction—it’s about building wealth, creating stability, and establishing a space to nurture relationships. A home is not just a piece of real estate; it’s where life’s most meaningful moments happen. It’s your foundation for the future, and I’m here to make that foundation solid.

My leadership journey began as a high school football team captain, where I developed key skills in leadership, perseverance, and problem-solving. I’m not afraid to take the first step into uncharted waters, and I bring this fearless mindset to my work every day.
